Are you finding success in your weight loss journey? Or are you struggling? That’s the question I am facing now that I have finished my second month of Nutrisystem. In my head I was planning to lose 10 pounds in 2 months… and I was hoping for total of 15 pounds after 3 months. HOWEVER, what you plan is not always what you can do. I am finding success in certain areas of Nutrisystem… but I am struggling too. The key is NOT to give up. Just because you gain weight one week, doesn’t mean you will gain weight the following week. Stay focused and you will lose the weight.

Week #8: Ugh…I gained weight – 180.6 lbs.
I really wanted to lose so much more weight than I actually have. Unfortunately, I have gained weight this week. I’m not sure what did wrong. They only thing I can think of is that I didn’t eat all of my vegetables. I’ve been getting tired of eating carrots and broccoli. My challenge this week is to figure out how to integrate vegetables into my meals. Salads are easy, but that only counts for 1-2 servings of vegetables a day…and I need to get in 4!
Even though I have gained this week, I don’t feel defeated. I know I am on the right track to losing weight. I am eating better than I have in the past. I am eating LESS. My body is telling me when to stop eating and when it needs water. I am learning to listen to my body.
