- Drink 64 oz of water each day & track it (To be honest with myself I have not been drinking enough water. I just filled up my water bottle from Nutrisystem and have a back up water bottle filled ready to go. This week I will focus on drinking both bottles and refilling them before I go to bed. I haven‘t been tracking my water lately, and I know it’s so important… so while I am working on this post I will drink and track it.)
- Track my food intake & make sure not to skip my healthy snacks. (Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner is easy with Nutrisystem… it’s the healthy snacks that I don’t always eat. Like I said last week Goldfish and Cheese Its were my snack options. This week I want to focus on apples with peanut butter, carrots, cheese & turkey pepperoni… there are so many foods I can eat if I just take the time to measure out the appropriate proportions. Tracking is key to insure that I don’t over or under eat.)
- Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. (No that the weather is getting chiller outside, I know I have not been exercising as much. I still walk Logan to Kindergarten, but not in the mornings when it is under 40 degrees outside. I know I can handle the cold… yet I will not force my children to freeze. This week I will look at my options on how to keep active. Between walking and running I will want to add some weights and other non-cardio activities.)
- Discuss and take part in the forums. (You are not alone… there are so many people to connect with online in the Nutrisystem Forums.)
I didn’t lose or gain this week… and I know why! I need to get back to the basics and LOSE the last 20 lbs!
