Oops…guess I wasn’t being so good this week. I gained 1.2 lbs. Oh well. That’s life on Weight Watchers. You must learn how to eat properly and track your points. I can blame part of my weight gain on the new program, but really it was just my lack of wanting to change. Yes, I am stubborn…go figure.
Last week Weight Watchers started their new PointsPlus program. I think it’s brilliant! They are looking at fat, fiber, carbohydrates & protein…instead of just the calories, fat & fiber. Fruit is now “0” points – which encourages most members to choose healthier snacks. Hello! Why waste your points when you can have a “free” snack! It makes sense…it’s a great program…I was just not motivated this week to follow the program. That’s why I go to the meetings…I get motivated! I knew before I got on the scale that I didn’t do my best this week. The scale always tells on you! After another great meeting, I am getting back on track.
My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs and track daily! Wish me luck! I am so close to my goal weight…I just need to stay focused and learn how to eat properly.
