Okay, I didn’t want to post today… but being accountable is one step towards losing weight for good and making healthier choices for a lifetime. I can make excuses until I am blue in the face, so let me tell you the truth (because I know why I gained weight). First of all I went to Reno with my husband for 3 days/2 nights (Thursday – Saturday). Yes, I could have brought Nutrisystem with me… well, I did… but since it was the end of the month for my food supply I didn’t have a lot of bars left for breakfast and lunch. Which means I had to take microwavable items with me. Unfortunately Harrah’s didn’t have a microwave (I’m sure I could have asked to use the microwave, but I didn’t). So I ate at their buffet. YIKES. Buffet = too many calories! Even if you choose the “healthy” items, they really are NOT that healthy. Question is, was it worth it? YES. Life happens. You are going to gain weight and that is OK, because tomorrow is a new day. When we got home I went right back to eating right (eating Nutrisystem meals & my healthy snacks). Second reason for my weight gain is being BLOATED (ladies, need I say more?).

So what am I going to do this week to lose that weight? Eat right, drink my water and exercise! I can do it! You can too! My goal is to get to 150 by my next post. Wish me luck… naw, I don’t need luck… I just need to do it!
