The scale is not my best friend…yet…but I am NOT afraid of the scale anymore. I am actually anxious to see how much I have lost. So far the numbers keep going down!!! It’s a great feeling to see less of me stepping on the scale each week.
One tip I have for anyone who is trying to lose weight. DON’T step on the scale daily. Just choose one day and time that you can consistently weigh yourself. I weigh myself on Monday mornings before my shower.
