I have been invited to share the HP Social Media Snapshots with my fellow teachers and parents at my school. The HP Social Media Snapshots are currently available exclusively at Staples. They aren’t just photo paper, NO…they have a sticky back! These 4×5 inch photo sheets are perfect for printing, displaying and reliving life’s moments. What’s really great about the HP Social Media Snapshots is that you can print directly from your smartphone or tablet using photos from your camera or different social media sites. The best part is HP Social Media Snapshots are easily removable. That’s right! You can remove them and they won’t damage your walls. PLUS they’re re-stickable! So who is ready to start making some memories?!?!?!
As a teacher there are always have moments where I wish I could take a photo and print it right away! Thank goodness for my cell phone! I am able to capture all of the fun we have in first grade at anytime, anywhere! But what does a teacher do with all of those precious moments stored on her phone? In the past I have emailed them to the parents…I’ve even sent the photos via text message. NOW thanks to HP and MomSelect I am able to print straight from my phone to the printer in my classroom. That’s not all… my fellow teachers and parents of my students are free to print too!
What you need:
- printer with WiFi settings (I love the HP Envy printer!)
- HP ink (black and color)
- HP Social Media Snapshots
I’d like to think I am pretty tech savvy, so I plugged the HP Envy printer into the closest outlet and followed the prompts on the printer screen. From there I downloaded the HP Aio Remote onto my iPhone. I was able to hook my HP Envy printer up to the WiFi at work with ease (just a little side note, my tech guy ~ Stefan ~ had to help me re-do my WiFi because my original connection was somewhat blocked and I could only print from my phone and my computer refused to identify the printer). I was able to immediately print onto the 4×6 photo papers that came with the printer.
In order to print onto the 4×5 HP Social Media Snapshots, you will need to download their app onto your phone.
This app allows you to print the photos off your camera roll, Instagram, Facebook, and Flickr. Once you have given the app access to those accounts, you can select a photo you wish to print. You will also be able to choose a template and add text. If you are choosing a photo from one of your social media accounts it will actually pull the text you had on that post.
I decided to do a test run of the app and Snapshots, so I printed up all of my students First Day Of School photos! these photos will be the perfect addition to their art and writing books.
Now it’s time to share this amazing product with my fellow teachers and parents…
We just took a field trip to Raley’s grocery store. I was so excited to share the Snapshots with the parents who attended. They took candid photos during our field trip and I showed them how to print off their fun photos.
Today is our Halloween Costume parade. I will be inviting everyone over to my classroom to print out there very own Shapshots! Here is a quick photo of my kiddos!
Now through October 31st, HP Social Media Snapshots are BOGO when you use the following link and click “redeem now”: http://www.staples.com/sbd/
Disclosure: This is a paid post. I received a HP Envy printer, ink, and the Snapshots paper in order to conduct my review with my fellow teachers and parents. All opinions are 100% my own.
