Hallmark was generous to send me the Confidence Care Package + Recordable Storybook to review. Even though my kids are not going to school (well, Logan is in preschool), I couldn’t wait to use these amazing Hallmark products. My favorite is the Recordable Storybook! We read to our kids every night…but what a perfect book to send with the kids when they spend the night at Grandma & Grandpa’s house!
- Hallmark’s Kids Collection three-card pack — Don’t embarrass your child on their first day back to school (which I know I totally would scream I LOVE YOU!)…stick a special card in their backpack so they can find it later and get a little boost from Mom & Dad. The Hallmark’s Kids Collection features topics for young kids, including nerves about school and positive reinforcement for hard work, as well as topics for tweens/teens, such as peer pressure and choosing friends wisely. My kid’s love getting mail. Sometimes they fight to see who can get to the mailbox first. My parent’s are always sending them notes and cards. We even have a mailbox in the backyard for the kids to “mail” letters to each other. Mommy just might be surprising them this week with a few extra special cards from Hallmark!
- Lunchbox Notes — 50 ways to add a little love to lunchtime. I enjoy sneaking notes into Logan’s lunchbox. His teacher always reads them to him. I have been known to jot down a love note to my husband as well! There’s one note that says “Guess who misses you? (Are you guessing?) Too obvious? Okay, it’s me!” Absolutely perfect for my hubby!
- Bug’Em — a pint-sized plush that can hold cards and other tokens of encouragement. Bug’Em can be filled with just about anything…and once your child is surprised with what’s inside, they can always spread the encouragement bug to other family members.
- Recordable Storybook — Kid’s can build their reading skills with the help from Mom, Dad and this amazing recordable storybook. Bring the story to life at home, school or at Grandma’s house. Record your voice and your little ones can read along with you even if you are not around.
So, while your stocking up on paper & pencils, think about throwing in a little love and encouragement with the help from Hallmark!
