Even though I am not dropping pounds like I hoped, I have been enjoying my time with Nutrisystem. I can’t believe that I only have 2 weeks left on the program. What I have gained through this process is the energy and motivation to continue with my weight loss journey.
So what can I change to make the last 2 weeks amazing? I need to get moving! This week I am on Spring Break. I need to make sure I get out of the house. I have not really been active during my 10 weeks on Nutrisystem. I haven’t been doing any form of exercise program…and I can tell. When I first did Nutrisystem a four years ago, I lost over 10 pounds. I know I can lose the weight…I just need to make a few changes. By eating healthier and not snacking I have more energy to MOVE! I am motivated and dedicated to being successful.
Not only have I built up my energy and motivation…but I have more confidence. I would have never even thought to have worn leggings to work until now. (See photo below)

Week #10: 180.4 lbs (3/21/16) — I know what went wrong this week…I went camping and didn’t bring my Nutrisystem with me. Though I gained 2.4 lbs, in my book that’s a win. Typically when I go away for the weekend I will gain 5+ pounds.
I can’t lie, I am frustrated by not losing weight. At times I want to give up, but in the end I continue with my journey. It’s easy to give up. It’s hard to stay on track. It takes motivation and dedication to continue…and I am not willing to give up!
Nutrisystem weekly inspiration: “Warm up with a cup of tea an hour before dinner. have the kettle ready to go. By drinking hot liquids – like tea – an hour before eating, you can eat less and feel fuller, faster.”
