Suggestions on how to take ACE:
It may take a couple of weeks for ones body to adjust to something new. Start the first couple of days eating something very light and taking your ACE about 30 minutes later. If you feel nothing from one pill, try a 2nd one about 3-5 hours later (make sure it isn’t after 1:00 or so because you may have trouble sleeping until you are adjusted to it). If you don’t like adding the 2nd pill, go back to one a day for a few more days or try taking it on an empty stomach. The suggested serving is 2 per day; with a maximum of taking 4 per day (very few people take more than 2 a day)! After a few weeks try taking 2 pills closer together in time and move up to taking 2 at once (Angela does NOT suggest starting out with 2 pills at once). Taking 2 a day will give you better results and you will notice the effects more. ACE is a great/easy tool to work with and since everyone’s body is different you need to figure out what works best for you.
It is VERY important to drink 64oz of water and consume at least 1200 calories. You may not feel hungry, but you have to eat so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. 5 small meals a day will help keep your metabolism going strong throughout the day. You should take one day off of ACE each week you take it.
