Another week down…and 0.2 lbs lighter…
This week was a little difficult for me…I had major candy cravings. Guilty as charged – I bought a pack of Smarties and ate them ALL! Yes the entire bag of 99 cent Smarties from Rite Aid. I didn’t share them with any one. They were ALL mine! Oh yes…I indulged and paid the price. (Oh…and that was all done in ONE DAY!) But that’s what I like about Weight Watchers…it’s not a diet, it’s a life plan.
I like being able to eat what ever I want, when ever I want. It’s just a matter of keeping it in control. So this week, I am going to focus on being in control of my cravings and tracking my points (being accountable for everything I eat). Wish me luck. Hopefully I will see a bigger loss at the scale next week.
